Crayfish salad with rice

A quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Crayfish handful
Rice, White for one person
Rice, Brown for one person
Rice, Wild for one person
½ Avocado choped
2 Radishes chopped
1 Beetroot cooked, chopped
4 Olives chopped (optional)
Cucumber 3cm piece, chopped

Method

Cook the rice according to the packet instructions. Add the rest of the chopped salad ingredients and crayfish on top and serve.
