So let me take the stress of travelling with IBD away and tell you not only how to travel in style with ibd but how to travel stress free and comfortably if you have crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. This video will give you examples of what to pack when traveling with ibd and provide you with incontinence tips for crohn's disease.
