WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ILEOSTOMY AND COLOSTOMY

A colostomy and ileostomy are the names given to stomas created at specific locations on the body. In this video I will go theough what a colostomy and ileostomy is as well as the difference between ileostomy and colostomy. You may not think there's a colostomy and ileostomy difference but the difference between colostomy and ileostomy exists. Stoma bags have helped so many people and they are able to use things like a colostomy support belt which helps in colostomy stoma care. One of the things that need to be done iscolostomy bag emptying and colostomy bag change which is done with a colostomy kit. The same goes for ileostomy where the ileostmy bag change is required. Sometimes there is ileostomy and gas pain and ileostomy bloackages but stoma nurses will train you in ileostomy care toavoid any ileostomy complications.
