Simon has been training with me for over four years now. He first joined to rehabilitate his long term back pain - we quickly identified that his hip was the issue but as always surgery is the last option, so we looked to strengthen the area first.

Unfortunately this only worked for so long and the hip deteriorated to a point where Simon was struggling to work, so he opted for surgery. Check out his first month of recovery above.
