We've asked some of our supporters to try out probiotics and keep a diary for us. James has been trialling Symprove. He's currently at week 5 of his 12 weeks taking the product. Here is his diary so far...
Before starting
My main symptoms are:
Week 1
I wasn’t really sure what to expect, when I initially received my delivery. I took a peak of the Symprove and was excited to start and see results.
When I started and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure how it was going to taste (I have mango and passionfruit flavour). I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it”¦first swig”¦.not too bad, managed to finish off the 60mls.
I started to experience some stomach cramps a few days after starting, nothing too painful. Early signs are good, a lot less frequent toilet trips, I’m not feeling as fatigued as before.
Week 2
Things seem to be getting better, my stools seem to be fully formed. I think Symprove has been helping with my fatigue. I’ve been able to spend eight hours at work without feeling tired or feeling that I need to sleep! This is a great improvement.
Week 3
The Symprove really seems to be working. Stomach cramps have worn off and it seems to be doing its job. I haven’t felt unwell at all.
I've been experiencing less toilet trips and little bleeding.
I have to admit I was so sceptical of what it was going to be like as I wasn’t sure how it was going to work.
*James was provided with a free 12 week course of Symprove by its makers in return for his honest opinion about the product.
