Some people have found that following certain types of diets helps them to manage their inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) symptoms.

Please note that there isn't a specific diet for people with IBD and there is currently little research into diet and IBD, however this is becoming an increasingly researched area. If you are thinking of trying a specific diet you should speak to your doctor or dietician before starting.
